1. Check connection for Motor terminal s (U,V,W) and Encoder.
2. Please check CN030 parameter is correct or not (chapter 6-8).
3. Propose to reduce Cn025 and Cn026, such as CN025 -- > 10 (load-inertia ratio, chapter 6-7) and Cn026 ------> 4 or 3 (Rigidity setting, chapter 6-7)
4. After the up action, if the servo driver still shows AL04, turn off the power, and turn on again after 30 min. If the alarm still exists, there may be power module malfunction or noise consider the drive for test and repair.
