TECO Electro Devices Co., Ltd. is a family member of the world motor giant TECO Electric & Machinery Co., Ltd. It was founded in 1985 as a department of TECO in producing of stepping motor. We are seeking new sales agents & OEM customers in various European countries for future business growth. Sales agents candidates should have many opportunities to develop and introduce the company's small sized electric motors to various industries. The following experience and capabilities are what we need:
1. Strong customer / prospect relationship creation and management skills.
2. Effective communicator with headquarters office and the company's R&D and production facilities in Taiwan & China.
3. Business experiences in small sized electric motor technologies (such as brushless DC (BLDC) motors, servo motor and stepping motors (more can be found on the company's web-site). Should have the ability to size and / or support the company's complete product offering.
4. Capable to manage large, complex programs that require multi-tasking responses.
5. Ability to influence positive changes in work cultures, environments and customer relationships.
6. Need business experience in similar products and technologies.
7. Need fluency in local country language and in English as second language.
